Social block

Create a website and share it on the social networks

The Social block allows you to create a website and share it on the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+...). This block displays on your website a list of social networks and services icons, allowing visitors to share your pages or your site by a simple click.
Premium and Pro packages have 3 additional tools: Facebook Likebox, Twitter Widget and Google+ Badge.

1. AddThis

To create a more attractive website, this block allows you to share your website more easily. The AddThis service is fully configurable: you can choose which services are available by a simple click.

Several configurations are available:

  • Button style: either small (16px) or large (32px) icons.
  • Bubble with the number of sharing: Facebook, Google+, Twitter and Plus allows you to show how many times your website was shared on their services.
  • Sharing: You can decide if the sharing is about the current open page or your website (homepage). This allows you, for example, to put a single Social block on your background page and allow visitors to share the open page (or the product, if you created an online store).
You can choose to add the AddThis "Plus" button. It allows visitors to use more than 320 services to share your website.

Note that services are separated into 2 lists. The first one contains the main services (Google+, Twitter, Facebook, Email, Bookmarks, Plus), and the second one all the other services. You can change your configuration whenever you want.
 

2. Facebook 

Configurable only if your website uses a Premium or a Pro package.

Facebook service allows you to insert your own Like Box! Thanks to this widget, visitors can follow your facebook news feed in real time and see the picture and nickname of the persons who like your Facebook page.

  1. If you do not have a Facebook page yet (this functionality does not exist for personal profiles), click here.
  2. Enter your page address in the appropriate text field.
  3. Pick a color, either light or dark.
  4. Choose to display or not your latests status.
  5. Choose to display or not the persons who like your page.

 

 3. Twitter 

Configurable only if your website uses a Premium or a Pro package.

Twitter Widget service is similar to Facebook Like Box. It allows you to show your latest tweets in real time. The block also provides a link to go to your Twitter page. The configuration is really simple:

  • Create a twitter account.
  • Enter your Twitter username in the appropriate text field.
  • Specify the number of tweets to display (50 maximum).
  • Choose a theme among the 8 available.

4. Google+

Configurable only if your website uses a Premium or a Pro package.

Create a website and share it on Google+

Google+ is Google social network. This service allows you to insert a Google+ Badge on your website containing:
  • Your Google+ page name
  • A button to allow visitors to add your page to their circles.
  • A +1 button for your page.
  • A list of persons who +1 your page.
  • The number of +1 your page got.
First, you need to create a Google+ page (this service is not available for personal profiles.).
Enter your page ID in the appropriate text field, and choose to display either a small badge (with only your page name and the circle button), or a standard badge with all the functionalities described above
