How is my commission calculated?

Your rate starts at 25% and can reach 50% as your portfolio grows: +1 point per €100 of monthly revenue (excl. VAT) from your active client sites. The rate applies to your whole portfolio, not only to your latest client. SiteW calculates it automatically at the end of each month.

When and how do I get paid?

Each month's commission becomes available 45 days after month-end, once the client's refund period has ended. From €100 excl. VAT of available balance, you invoice SiteW and we pay you within 30 days.

Do my clients pay less than the public price?

No. Your clients pay the public price. You invoice your own services at the rate you choose, and SiteW pays you a commission on top. Your margin no longer depends on giving a discount.

Is there any commitment or membership fee?

No. Joining is free, with no minimum sales and no long-term lock-in. You can leave with one month's notice.

What happens if I don't sell for a few months?

Nothing is lost. If no new paid plan has been activated in the last three months, your rate simply stays at 25%. Your balance and your client portfolio stay intact.

Can I read the contract before signing up?

Yes. The full Expert contract is public: you can read it here before creating your account.

Do I have to add a link to SiteW on my website?

No. The Expert program does not require any backlink or mention of SiteW on your site.

What is Waia and how does it work?

Waia is SiteW's AI assistant. It offers several smart tools to create or recreate a site: import a site from a URL, upload documents (PDF, DOC, TXT) and photos, or chat through natural Q&A, as if you were talking to a webmaster. Waia uses that input to build pages, write copy, and select or generate images. No other website builder offers this.

What support do I get as an Expert?
