To track your customer orders, you just have to go to the My websites page, then click on the Blocks tab, then on Orders. You will then be able to see all the orders made from your website, with the date of order, the customer's name, the order number, the order amount, the order history (paid, delivered, canceled, refunded), as well as your turnover at the moment of the order. You have the possibility to delete the orders or to download an order form.
Your customers also have the possibility to see their oder status. They receive a tracking link after each order and, by adding a Member block to your website, you can enable them to directly access their account and order when they visit your website.
