General terms and conditions

Add general terms and conditions and a checkbox when your customers order:

Once you have selected a Store block in the SiteW editor, click on Terms and GDPR.

GDPR

Personal data are collected when your customers order. If you want to use them for purposes other than order delivery (for example, for marketing purposes), you must specify this in the Terms and GDPR section of the Store block.

Order summary

An order summary is obligatory in Europe and is automatically displayed before paying. To disable it, go to the Payment methods section > Summary.

Billing

The creation of bills from orders may be automatic.

It’s your turn now

Once you have selected a Store block in the SiteW editor, click on Billing.

Tick the checkbox Enable billing and indicate the current VAT rate.

If you are a freelancer, indicate 0% and the message displayed on the bill “VAT not applicable”.

The bills created must be automatically registered in a qualified system.
